Please note – For security reasons we do not accept any telephone orders, all orders must be placed through our secure website. We accept Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. When using either of these types of cards you will be asked for either your Verified by Visa password or MasterCard secure Code password when making a payment through the secure payment gateway to verify you are the cardholder to prevent fraudulent transactions being made on your card. Your card will need to be enabled by your bank for a 3D Secure transaction. Alternatively, we do accept BACS electronic transfers of funds directly into our account if you prefer. Simply, inform our sales team that you would like to make a BACS payment and they will arrange to send you via email the relevant details to enable you to make a payment.
Once you have placed your order if you need to track the progress of your order or have any other queries relating to your order then please send an email to our Customer Services Team (see email address above) who will respond to your email accordingly. Note, we do require all instructions or queries relating to your order after you order is placed to be made in writing via email. On receipt of your email you will receive an automated response to acknowledge we have received your email indicating the likely timescales in which to expect a response. This not only saves time in helping us deal with your query more efficiently but it also provides you with a written record of any instructions you give us or queries raised.
